Woodworking
For my Industrial Design Studio class last year, two of my major projects were woodworking focused, as well as one in Intro to 3D design. I had never done woodworking before, so I learned lots throughout all of these projects.
3D design- Factor of Form
For this project, our main goal was to create a unique form that could be held naturally in your hand in at least 2 different positions, and the project had a major focus on ergonomics due to this. We used maple wood in alternating rotations to get a striped effect on the wood.
